What you can write to us about
- Tool requests — need a size or format we don’t cover yet? Tell us the exact KB or pixel target, or the portal you’re applying to, and we’ll look at adding it.
- Bug reports — if a tool produced the wrong size, failed on a file, or looked off on your device, let us know so we can fix it.
- Feedback & ideas — anything that would make a tool clearer, faster or more useful.
- Partnerships & press — collaborations, integrations or coverage.
- Privacy & data questions — how your files are handled. (Short version: they’re processed in your browser and never uploaded.)
Help us reply faster
If you’re reporting a problem, a few details let us reproduce and fix it quickly. Where possible, include:
- The tool or page URL you were using.
- Your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone).
- The file type and rough size you started with.
- What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
Common questions
How quickly will I hear back?
We read every message and usually reply within one business day. Detailed bug reports may take a little longer while we reproduce the issue.
Do I need an account to use the tools?
No. Every tool on FlowVid is free to use with no sign-up, no login and no watermark.
Are my uploaded files stored anywhere?
No. The tools process your images directly in your browser — files are never uploaded to a server and are discarded the moment you're done.
